Return and Exchange
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period as listed below. We suggest that you perform a thorough control of the product when handed over to you. If you notice a defect, please do not accept the product. Any change brought upon or deformation caused or if the original design of the product is altered/pampered with, will not fall under the warranty.
You can return the product after 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product, by enclosing also the invoice. Before you return the product to us, make sure to notify us in writing on the Contact Us page. Explain your grieves on the form on the Contact Us page or contact us by telephone at +90 (212) 265 15 66. Without notification by the buyer through the Contact Us form or by telephoning us, return parcels cannot be accepted.
Brief, bra’s, girdles, underwear and similar items related, cannot be returned for hygienic motives.

The Founder &The Designer
Believing that feeling sexy and sophisticated should not be
limited to special occasions, she designed garments that allow

within their homes, and confidently on the streets. Through silk,
lace, and movement, she translated her vision into pieces that
invite women to embrace their womanhood freely and
unapologetically.
For Kumbaracıbaşı, sensuality is not about exposure, but about
confidence, movement, and emotion. Her designs draw inspiration
from the women of classic musicals — graceful, magnetic, and
effortlessly sophisticated — women who own their presence
without asking permission.
Working from her atelier in Istanbul, she oversees every step of
the creative process, ensuring that each piece reflects her
philosophy:
